Gospel Mt 8:23-27 At that time, Jesus got into a boat with his disciples. Suddenly a violent storm arose on the sea, so that the waves were covering the boat; but he was asleep. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!” He replied, “Why are you afraid, you of little faith?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him?”
