熊鈴と巡る日本｜日本三大山城 岩村城跡を歩く｜女城主の城と六段壁｜DaiFeel ZERO

Believed to have been built in the early Kamakura period, Iwamura Castle stands at an elevation of approximately 717 meters and is renowned as one of Japan's finest mountain castles. During the Sengoku period, it served as the stronghold of the Tōyama clan and is also known as the castle ruled by Otsuya-no-Kata, who is traditionally regarded as Oda Nobunaga's aunt. In 1572, the castle was captured by Takeda general Akiyama Torashige (Nobutomo) before later being recaptured by Oda Nobunaga's forces. Today, visitors can still explore the castle ruins, including the impressive stone walls, the main bailey, and the famous Six-Tier Stone Walls (Rokudan-heki). In this video, we walk continuously from the trailhead to the main bailey, following the historic stone paths through the forest. The sounds of birds, wind, footsteps on the stone steps, and the clear tone of the bear bell have been preserved as naturally as possible. For this walk, we used the precision-machined aluminum bear bell "DaiFeel ZERO."
