The Longer You Linger, the Deeper the Magic

I meditated before this episode and…I think you can tell?! Meditating is one of the hardest things for me to do, even though I know the profound effects it has on my levels of daily happiness, creativity and heightened presence. In this episode we explore the necessary discomfort that comes with growth and the rewards that await us when we choose to LINGER in the discomfort instead of running from it. “The comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there” is a quote that I have had cemented on my brain since I was a teenager. When we expand beyond our comfort zone, we get to the pot of delicious GOLD that waits on the other side - filled with creative insights, peace, accomplishments and human connection. I discuss the micro-moments of discomfort in life that can expand your life beyond comprehension, if you can just learn to linger in them. Where do you normally quit?
