Our ECO-HOSTEL Is Finally Getting a Dormitory, But Will Anyone Stay Here
Welcome to Salvador Valley! Where Irish brothers Rob and Edd and their friends are building a slice of paradise from scratch. We've been on the go non-stop for the last 2 years, and things are finally starting to take shape. This episode focuses on the new dormitory and its accompanying compost toilet as we push one step closer to opening our jungle homestead project to the world. Along the way, we meet our new kittens, battle broken tools and constant setbacks, prepare for upcoming concrete pours, and salvage old timber to give new life to furniture around the property. And of course, with the waves pumping nearby, we still manage to sneak in a bit of surfing whenever we can. From chaos to progress, this is the reality of building an off-grid dream in El Salvador.
