An update at the two week point after my neck surgery - posterior laminectomy with fusion. Levels c3 - c7 (I misspoke on the video). I share my progress after cervical spine surgery. I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis with myelopathy. I have not worn an aspen collar after this surgery.
