We will need: 1 layer of puff pastry without yeast 1 small sweet pear 1 pack of camembert cheese 1 tbsp honey 1 egg 1 tbsp walnuts or pine nuts A few sprigs of thyme The dough is lightly sprinkled with flour and rolled out a little. We pass the knife along the edge, retreating about 1-2 cm (we do not cut through to the end, it is enough just to bait so that the dough under the filling does not bubble after the edge).
