Reto 200 repeticiones de Brazo para ganar Músculo 💪 para Mayores

In this video, I'll give you a challenge to build muscle in your arms. It's an exercise where you'll do 200 repetitions in different positions to gain muscle mass. All you need for this exercise is a pair of dumbbells or a couple of water bottles to use as resistance. To make this a complete workout, always include a warm-up and cool-down. Don't skip these sections. The weight of the dumbbells should be right for you; don't try to use the same weight as someone else. Remember, the goal is to achieve 200 repetitions.
