Hjaalmarch Sucks (Yes, that's the title)

Exactly what it says on the tin. The cold, swampy land of Hjaalmarch, better known for its capital of Morthal, is a strange sore on the face of Skyrim that makes even The Pale seem more forgiving. I may dislike Winterhold more, but its hard to argue that Hjaalmarch is anything less than a complete and constant dumpster fire. So how about we talk about it?
