Hiking Colorado National Monument - March 2026

I started up hiking towards The Liberty Cap, then continuing on toward the upper monument road turning towards Otto's Tub. This is a cool rock feature that occasionally fills with water and has great views looking down into the canyons of the monument. Although there was no water in the tub, the hike was excellent and a great way to get a Spring hike in. The mileage was roughly 10 miles with about 1k elevation gain.
