It all started with the sacrifice of the starter to get the first egg of the journey, and right away luck seemed to smile when a Shiny Buneary hatched to carry the beginning of the run. But winning Galar using only eggs wouldn't be easy at all. Against Milo, Lopunny had to overcome its limits practically alone. Against Nessa, Pawniard had to prove that it wasn't just a consolation prize for me losing Marshadow. Against Kabu, Stonjourner seemed like the wrong choice… until it showed that it hid an absurd power. Throughout their journey, Pokémon like Morpeko, Toxapex, Chandelure, Cloyster, Mandibuzz, Bisharp, and Shiny Duraludon transformed a random team into one capable of facing Galar. But the biggest challenge wasn't just in the gyms. After defeating Milo, Nessa, Kabu, Allister, Opal, Melony, Piers, and Raihan, there was still the Champion Cup, rematches against powerful gym leaders, and, in the end, the undefeated champion Leon waiting for the team chosen by luck. Luck chose the eggs. But it was strategy that broke the chains of destiny.
