Journey to Lindi in Southern Tanzania, where a once-isolated educational landscape is being transformed into a vibrant, interconnected ecosystem of lifelong learning through the power of teacher networks. The story follows Oliva Soka, a teacher in remote Mtama who struggled with community challenges and outdated teaching methods until the MEWAKA program helped her grow and regain confidence. Through digital tools, mentorship, and support from other teachers and the community, educators are no longer working alone. Classrooms are now more active and engaging, proving that when educators are refreshed and supported by a functional community, learning becomes an energized, joyful quest for the entire village.
