Event Video Clipping Workflow: Castmagic → Claude → Premiere (Real Process, No Fluff

Part 2 of 3 — we're showing the full echo content repurposing process, tools included. In this video: raw event footage goes through Castmagic for a timestamped transcript, that transcript goes into Claude with our video clipping prompt, and Claude identifies the best moments and chapter starting points. From there it's review, adjust, edit, and export. Final output from one Bentonville event: one full meeting recording, 13 clean video clips, and 5 social reels — all client-ready. We also ran the same footage through Opus Clip as a comparison. Results were... instructive. The tools aren't the differentiator. Knowing which ones to use — and when to override them — is.
