Do Inversion Tables Work? (for Back Pain & Sciatica)
One of the most questions I hear from clients dealing with lower back pain and sciatica is whether or not inversion tables work… In other words, will using an inversion table help them reduce their lower back pain and/or sciatica? The answer depends on one key factor: the underlying cause of their back pain and sciatica. If they have degenerative changes in their spine, like DDD, DJD and arthritis, using an inversion table will typically help. If they have a bulging disc and sciatica, the answer isn’t always clear… I’ll explain all these details in this video, which should help you figure out if using an inversion table will help with your back pain and sciatica. I hope it helps! Please comment below with questions and comments! Luke Gordon, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy/Owner of Gordon Physical Therapy https://www.GordonPhysicalTherapy.com...
