DSQUARED2 Spring/Summer 2005

Original soundtrack. Designed by Dean & Dan. This is another show that’s already been posted, but there was better and more high-quality footage, so I wanted to improve it. Vogue actually for once has a really good review of this collection, noting the designs lacking in originality, something similar to “we’ve seen it done but better at (luxury Italian brands), but they made it their own.” Its a good observation though, of how d&d can expand upon regular RTW. The collections they’ve put out are never really gripping editors, they’re the very definition of diffusion, but they really know how to put on a fun show with a good energy. Bravo.
