Russian twists: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Lean back slightly, engage your core, and lift your feet off the ground. Hold a weight or medicine ball with both hands and twist your torso from side to side, tapping the weight on the floor next to your hip each time. 3. Plank with hip dips: Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your feet hip-width apart. Lower your hips to the right side without touching the ground, then return to center and lower your hips to the left side. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement. 4. Bicycle crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground. Twist your torso to bring your right elbow to your left knee while straightening your right leg. Repeat on the other side.
