Trains at Bedhampton, PDL - 20th April 2023

Hello everyone and welcome all to my channel, and to my latest video. Well it’s certainly been a while since my last filming, about 2 months I’ve been away. But I’m back to the railway, quite slowly. To kick start this I thought I go to Bedhampton Station. I always meant to come here to film, but been holding it off for a while. And I remember someone on here quite a while back requesting to me that I should come here to film, well your request is finally granted. But I wanted to make the most of Southern 313 anyway before they all withdrawn. This place does hold special place in my heart as this was used to be my old hometown and used to live in those flats right next to railway gates, I do have some nice memories. Station itself is very good, it has some nice views both ends on Platform 1. I really love the footbridge as you can see the whole station and the view that is looking towards Havant, Brighton & London line. In this video you will see plenty of SWR 450 & 444, Southen 377, 313. During my time at the station off camera, I had encounter with SWR Welfare Protection Staff who was challenging me by asking why am I filming and asked for my I.D. Which really did annoyed me as he wasn’t Station Assistant and has got no authority to do that, even at a unmanned station. But he did thankfully left me alone when I showed him my I.D and told hin what my purpose for been here. My apologies for the sound quality, as you can tell it was a very windy day so it’s beyond my control. I really do hope you enjoy it regardless.
