APRENDENDO HULI EM 2 MINUTOS!

They were challenged to right the canoe on their own! Anyone who's seen my other Huli video on this channel knows that I always insist that a canoeist has to know how to right the canoe alone. This challenge couldn't be missing from my women's canoeing course. After all, there's no theory that can teach you how to handle the psychological pressure of having an entire canoe on your head, with 5 other people to lead, care for, and direct. A canoeist can't be afraid of that day. And even more so, they can't reach that day, because it will come... and not know what to do! So, I didn't cut this video at all so you can see that it wasn't 1 minute long because I was teaching and because the paddler doing the activity slipped on the moku and had to climb back into the canoe. I only stepped on it to give her more leverage, but she was the one who actually righted it. So, there's the tip. And don't forget to watch the full video about HULI (righting a canoe) here on the channel. See you at sea!! 💪🧠🚀
