SESIÓN ORDINARIA No. 08-PLE-CNE-2023

1. Review and resolution regarding extensions of deadlines for the provincial vote count in the Local Elections, the Citizen Participation and Social Control Council, and the 2023 Referendum, conducted by the Provincial Electoral Boards; and, Special Overseas Electoral Boards, as established by Article 132 of the Organic Law of Elections and Political Organizations of the Republic of Ecuador, the Democracy Code; and, 2. Review and resolution regarding the report submitted by the National Technical Coordination for Political Participation and the National Directorate of Political Organizations, regarding the verification of signatures supporting the Popular Consultation on Metallic Mining in the Chocó Andino Consortium.
