A Noobs Guide: Classic Resto Druid PVE (phase2?)

Apparently I missed the "items will be different in phases" memo, since all I can recall having read is the game will be in 1.12.1, I'm going to label this video as phase 2 bis since I believe most of it should be out in phase 2 and throw together a phase 1 resto druid guide for you guys in the next couple of days.
