My first REAL treasure while metal detecting! | Shelling in South Carolina's Hunting Island

Shelling in South Carolina is both challenging and rewarding! I explored Hunting Island State Park for shells and also picked up a permit to do some metal detecting on the beach in the park. Metal detecting can be a challenge in the south with a lot of areas being off limits due to lost artifacts from the Civil War.
