Wash abalone with a brush well and boil them in a pot. 2. Wash boiled abalone in cold water. 3. Mix ketchup 150mL, 1/2 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of toban djan, 3 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of chili oil, 2 spoons of sugar, 1.5 spoon of minced garlic to make a sauce. 4. Slice cucumber (or cabbage). 5. Slice abalone. 6. Place cucumber (or cabbage) at the bottom, place sliced abalone on top of them and pour sauce on the top.
