Récup’ et métal : une métamorphose créative

In this episode of Ego of the Month(s), we delve into the art of metamorphosis: how forgotten, worn, or abandoned objects can be reborn in a new artistic form. For my part, I breathe new life into old 19th-century photographic plates. Recovered one by one, they are scanned, retouched, and enhanced; they will soon be part of an exhibition that will unveil moments frozen in time more than a century ago. Patrice, meanwhile, works with metal like a sculptor of everyday life: bicycle frames, metal parts, industrial fragments… He cuts, polishes, and welds to create decorative and poetic objects.
