I cover what a profile actually is (and why it exists — you can't run two agents off one Hermes home), the three ways to create, clone, switch, and delete them, running multiple gateways at once so different profiles live in different messaging apps, and the honest caveat that a profile isolates state but does NOT sandbox your computer. Then the Kanban board: a durable SQLite-backed way to route one goal across multiple profiles by their descriptions, surviving restarts with a human able to unblock tasks mid-flight. It all builds to a live 3-profile team — researcher, coder, and writer — that takes one goal and completes a small project on its own.
