Short film : A thousand letters | pride month special

Summary : Alice has struggled with social anxiety since she was a little girl. One day she joins a club in hopes of getting closer to her lifelong crush, Delilah. Will she finally overcome her biggest fear? Hello everyone!! I am so happy to finally upload this movie!! I wrote it in just one day in the winter, and I started filming on May 25th! I really wanted to post something special for pride month (as if not everything I make is already gay) And I had the idea to make a story about social anxiety. Alice’s character is so dear to me and was heavily inspired by myself. This is not specifically mentioned in the movie but I think Alice is definitely autistic coded too. I think a lot of us can relate to her character and her struggles. Speaking of struggles, this movie was a pain to make in the beginning lol! Filming was really hard for some reason.. I think it was mostly because since it’s my first short film, compared to Hell High, I didn’t have all my character’s mimics/characteristics down in the beginning. As I continued filming it got a lot better and I really loved editing this one. I’m pretty proud of it!!
