Philippines' TALLEST TWIN TOWERS on the RISE in the SCOUT AREA DISTRICT | QUEZON CITY

The Philippines' tallest tower to date is the Grand Hyatt Manila in BGC. Today, a twin tower (Shang Summit) is under construction at the Scout Area District in Quezon City (it will not be the tallest tower), but it will be the tallest twin towers in the Philippines once completed (unless another developer announces a project which will surpass its height). Shang Properties Incorporated is the developer of these twin towers at 80 floors each. The height in meters is not provided but if someone has the accurate information kindly provide it in the comment section. Another expected big project in Scout Area is yet to be announced by Ayala Land Incorporated for its recently acquired property at the ABS CBN complex. Around 3 hectares of land is up for development along Sgt. Esguerra Avenue by Ayala. The skyline of the Scout Area District is slowly transforming from rows of family mansions to rows of low-rise buildings and now to rows of skyscrapers.
