In this video, I show one of my largest projects – a 264 sq. m apartment in the Clever Park residential complex, which I assembled from three separate apartments. This project was created for a large family: parents, children, possibly grandparents, plus the need to work from home. The main goal was to make the space not just spacious, but comfortable to live in. In the video, I show in detail: — how I combined three apartments into one — how I analyzed wet areas and constraints — why it's important to consider load-bearing structures — how to effectively separate public and private areas — how to create a logical, harmonious, and comfortable interior And, of course, interior design features: — an island aquarium at the entrance — a steam fireplace — panoramic windows overlooking the embankment — symmetrical spatial composition In the video, I also explain why layout is the most important part of a design project and the most common mistakes made when combining apartments.
