IRGC Claims US MQ-9 Reaper Drone Shot Down Over Iranian Sky | American MQ-9 Reaper Drone Destroyed

Iranian media claim the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has shot down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone over Andimeshk in the southwestern province of Khuzestan. Reports say the prized unmanned aircraft was destroyed by an advanced IRGC air-defence system, while separate air-defence activity was reportedly detected around Tehran. US Central Command had not publicly confirmed the latest reported loss when the last reports emerged. The alleged shootdown comes as Washington intensifies strikes on Iranian air defences, missile and drone facilities, coastal radar sites and other military targets following the collapse of a fragile ceasefire.
