Inarguably, the most important thing a brand has to be in order to be recognized and remembered is consistent. Maintaining a consistent look and feel with brand imagery, identity, tone-of-voice and design is paramount in building brand equity in consumers. A key best practice is documenting all of a brands assets in a brand guidelines document and socializing that document across the company and with all external service providers.
