Linda is a country music artist that is one-half of the duo Skip and Linda. Linda is also part of the Scott Family and is the mother of Lady A singer Hillary Scott. Her breakout hit is the 1993, The #1 song Does He Love You which was a collaboration with Reba McEntire which also included a Grammy for Best Country Vocal Collaboration for both artists. ========================================== American country and gospel singer and guitarist Jimmy Fortune has become one of the mainstays in the music scene, his career dating back to 1981. Fortune found his big break when he was discovered by and began to tour with the Statler Brothers. During this time, He wrote the group’s second No. 1 hit, “Elizabeth,” on their 1983 album Today, and followed that with two more No. 1 hits: “My Only Love” and “Too Much On My Heart”. Fortune also wrote the Top 10 hit “Forever” and co-wrote the top-10 hit “More Than a Name on the Wall”. The group was later inducted into the Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame and the Country Music Association Hall of Fame. Jimmy Fortune started a solo career after The Statler Brothers retired in 2002. As a solo artist, he has released 8 albums, one of which, Hits & Hymns, reached No. 10 on the US Country charts. He continues to write, record, and produce today, and still tours extensively.
