He was President of the OCA (1974-5), a Sutherland Memorial Lecturer (1979) and a Fellow of the Cranial Academy (FCA). Dr. Fulford was a profoundly effective osteopathic physician who inspired many generations of subsequent DO's to excel in this most promising medical practice.
