They cut the cable, strip the end, twist the cable and finally crimp automatically. They even have a cartridge that stores tubular terminals. Check this out. Seriously, the guy who invented these pliers must be swimming in money. They come in a little case with some tubular terminals and other accessories. They accept terminals from 0.5 to 2.5mm². In my opinion, they must make assembling frames a lot faster. The terminals are fitted into the holder as if it were a bullet comb, then just fit the holder into the pliers and you're ready to work, very interesting. The numbers of the work steps are written on it. Where number 1 is the cut, then fit the cable into indication 2 to strip the tip, note that it does not release the insulating cover from the tip. Then fit into number 3 where it will twist the cable filaments to fit better into the terminal, it rotates the insulation twisting the conductor and prevents us from doing this by hand, which is not recommended because we transfer dirt and grease to the copper. And the last step is to fit the stripped and twisted tip into indicator 4 where the tubular terminal is, the pliers alone will compress the terminal, ready we have a cut, stripped, twisted and crimped cable!
