Gokarna to Hampi 🇮🇳 | 12 Hr Bus Journey & Budget Travel

In this episode, I leave Gokarna in the morning and begin a long journey towards Hampi using local buses. I first travel from Gokarna to Ankola for ₹33, and from Ankola take a bus to Hubballi covering around 142 km in about 3 hours 45 minutes for ₹177. From Hubballi, I catch a Kadamba bus to Hospet at 3:45 PM for ₹201, reaching around 7:30 PM. Since the last bus to Hampi was at 9 PM, I decide to stay overnight in Hospet and take a lodge near the bus stand for ₹500. The next morning, I continue the journey and reach Hampi by bus for ₹20. Due to a long weekend, accommodation prices were higher, and I booked a family room for ₹950 per day. I also rented a bicycle for ₹150 for 12 hours to explore Hampi.
