We all know that Calcium is essential for good bone health but we do not know that there are some other nutrients which are also equally important for good bone health. In this video, I have mentioned all those nutrients which are also essential for good bone health apart from Calcium. One of them nutrient is Vitamin D3, which is essential for reabsorption of Calcium. Rickets is a disease of children in which there is deficiency of Vitamin D3. In this video, I have told 5 nutrients apart from Calcium, which are essential for good bone health. I have explained the role of Vitamin C in good bone health and sources of vitamin C and Vitamin D. What is the role of Proteins in good bone health and what are good sources of proteins in Vegetarian and Non vegetarian diet.
