Brugmansia plant care | How to grow from Seed & Cuttings + Feed & Winter protection

Brugmansia, commonly called the 'Angel Trumpet Flower', are incredible shrubs that produce very tropical looking large trumpet-shaped blooms. They thrive in warm tropical regions around South America, where the day time temperatures are warm and night time temperatures are cool. But how do you grow Brugmansia in parts of the world without a tropical climate? In this video I share how I learned how to grow Brugmansia in pots in the UK, all the way from growing Brugmansia from seed or cuttings through to potting on and flowering. I'll advise which fertiliser is best to make Brugmansia plants flower and which will help them grow strong stems, roots and leaves. Finally, I also share my tips for protecting Brugmansia plants in winter to help them grow bigger and better each year. Angel Trumpet flowers are incredible plants and I recommend everybody has a go at growing these plants, even if they can only be enjoyed in your garden for the warmer summer months.
