New insurance indemnity can be claimed if the car is crashed in an accident. The owners can now ask their insurance companies to compensate the difference of the pre- and post-crash price. This radical change in the insurance reimbursement is made thanks to the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the Law Firm (see http://akhk.cz/cs/kontakt/) that effectively represented its client in the proceeding against the insurance company and helped them enforce their rightful claim to compensation.
