In this installment of Sheppard Speaks, General Bell and Chief Mosely drop by the 362rd TRS where almost all the Crew Chiefs in the AF get trained. Crew Chiefs perform tactical aircraft maintenance and serve as the liaison between the aircraft and pilot. The 362nd TRS trains over 900 airmen each year on all aircraft platforms in the Air Force.
