Feature Interview: Lee Dykes – Director of Recruitment
Lee Dykes joined Brentford in the early summer of 2019. Now after 18 months in position, Lee outlines his role and some exciting developments. In a full feature interview, The Brentford FC Director of Recruitment talks about his department and some of the Club's recruitment practices. Lee, who joined The Bees from Bury - where he was Sporting Director, gives some background on recent signings and explains a new all-encompassing role. Lee talks about recruiting in the middle of a global pandemic and when you do not know which division the team will play in. He also discusses how to find players for Brentford B.
