Dad has a delivery of a really cool surpirse that he needs to show everyone! I find everyone in Adley and Niko's room packing already, which is perfect because the surprise i have is our brand new bags. These are the be back packs the each kiddo helped design and customize for back to school and we just got the samples so i figured, lets test drive them today as we are getting ready to travel to......The Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards! The A for Adley channel got nomiated for an award so we are going to go and check it out. Maybe even bump into Jack Black, who is basically our families favorite person thanks to Minecraft and Chicken Jocky!! With our new bags packed and ready to go, our next stop before the airport is a kids hair saloon. This is our first time at this place so Adley, Niko, and Navey are getting their hair cut. We realize that this is Navey's very first time getting a hair cut other than when we had to shave her hair when she got sick back when Adley and I had to live at Pirate Island! All the kiddos look handsome and beautiful as they get trims. Adley gets new bangs, Niko looks like a Hawaiian surfer and Navey a little princess (Jenny says it looks like she went to the bippity boppity boutique in Disneyland! I need a trim too, thankfully they cut adults hair as well. Adley says i should go bald or get a giant green mohawk! Next stop is the airport with our new bags and cool hair! Adley brought her baby vlog along so we get some really impressive Navey Cam moments, including some fingerboard tricks. We keep our family traditions of waiting to be last to get on the plane as well as getting a picture the pilot. Our pilot was way cool, not only did he let the kiddos sit in the co pilot seat, he tought Navey and her baby toy how to fly and let Niko throttle the plane to full power, all within the safety of the gate and it was a fun unique experience. After we land, we have to do airport horse-ies. Adley's horse is Navey and when Niko want to be a horse, we have a race down a super long hall! While we wait for our ride to the hotel, we see that lot of people have put stickers on some benches and poles, so the kiddos and I put some A for Adley, Best Day Ever, and Skatestation stickers on them too. At our hotel, we find that its all decorated for Kids Choice Awards and even has a KCA camp. We are excited to check it out, cause we've already found some free stickers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coloring books. First we need to tour our rooms. The kiddos have one room and Jenny and I share the other, they are connected and the kiddos think their room is super cool. They get it all set up and give Jenny and I a tour of where they each will sleep, where they will play ipad and color. There is also a spot for a Navey statue that turns out to be a robot that walks around the room. All settled, we head downstair to check out the Camp and do some crafts. They have pizza and delicious foods themed after Nickelodeon shows like Sponge Bob. We have a dance party right before Adley finds a secret passage leading to a play ground.
