The Pietrantonj family has been making wine for centuries and on this special occasion, I had the good fortune to taste two of their flagship wines, Cerano Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva, and a rosé, Cerano Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo. Their cantina is home to the largest wine barrel in Southern Italy, as well as a giant barrel lined entirely in Murano glass!
