The original Clio V6 was eagerly awaited.. but roundly panned by road testers as un-drivable at the limit. It was so bad that within two years Renault had almost totally re-engineered it. It has become known as the widowmaker. The Phase 2 version I drive today is much less tricky on the limit but things still don't go to plan....
