Вживання психоактивних речовин підлітками

The training project "Specialized Services for Children and Adolescents in the Field of Mental Health" is implemented by the Coordination Center for Mental Health of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in partnership with UNICEF Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the National Health Service of Ukraine within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?" - an initiative of the First Lady Olena Zelenska. The project was created in cooperation with the European Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (ESCAP) and Dr. Jörg Michael Fegert - a German child and adolescent psychiatrist, psychotherapist and president of ESCAP with the support of the International Charlemagne Prize Foundation. The development and implementation of "How Are You?" is supported by the Coordination Center for Mental Health of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with expert support from the World Health Organization.
