Foton truck production line project The truck production line is designed for high precision, fast operation. Duoyuan has been committed to the design, manufacturing and installation of truck production lines since 1998. Duoyuan is continuously improving the process, and integrating advanced technology into Heavy Duty Pickup Trucks Assembly Plants Production Line. In 2019, Duoyuan was responsible for the construction of the heavy-duty truck final assembly conveyor line project for Foton Truck Company, including the cab EMS conveyor system and the chassis frame EMS conveyor system. The project site is located in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, China. The cab transfer EMS line is composed of steel structure, straight track, curved track section, sliding contact power supply system, load vehicle set, turnout, support, shear balance mechanism and spreader. EMS air conveying line is an air suspension conveying system running according to the preset track in the air, and multiple load vehicles work independently. With modular design, it can be designed into many operation forms according to customer needs, with flexible layout. It is equipped with lifting unit of spreader, which can form three-dimensional transportation in horizontal and vertical directions. Workpiece conveying method: continuous conveying Production beat: continuously adjustable, matching the main line (4-10min) Load (carrying capacity): The light EMS conveying system with a load of less than 12000KG The spreader can automatically adjust the height according to different workpieces and different processes, which greatly optimizes man-machine engineering. It has the characteristics of PLC control, sliding contact line power supply, bus control and wireless control, frequency conversion and speed regulation, and has the functions of organizing production, automatic transmission, air storage, automatic storage, automatic shunting and confluence, automatic address recognition, accurate positioning, fault self diagnosis, remote monitoring and so on.
