Part one of a trilogy of videos from the Hunter Valley in New South Wales, covering the 10,000 ton coal trains that transport coal from the huge open cast mines of NSW to the Port of Newcastle for export. This part covers days one and two, from Beresfield, Belford, Singleton and Muswellbrook. As all the coal trains are bound for the same location, just loco numbers are given here.
