Province de la Mongala : La Première Ministre lance des chantiers majeurs pour le désenclavement

From February 1st to 3rd, 2026, Prime Minister Judith Suminwa Tuluka undertook a tour of Mongala Province (Lisala, Bongandanga, and Bumba) as part of the government's commitment to local governance. This tour launched several major projects aimed at improving urban roads, combating erosion, modernizing port infrastructure, and strengthening access to isolated areas. In Lisala, Bongandanga, and Bumba, the Prime Minister announced concrete projects: roads, bridges, erosion control works, port modernization, and road infrastructure programs, all funded by the central government. This mission is part of the implementation of the Government's 2024-2028 Action Program, which focuses on regional development, national connectivity, and the sustainable improvement of living conditions for the population.
