ICC UAE Digital Dialogue - ICC webinar on Managing Cost in Construction Disputes

ICC UAE in collaboration with ICC International Court of Arbitration and with the support of ADGM Arbitration Centre co-organized the webinar on Managing Cost in Construction Disputes on 15th October 2020. The webinar featured a line-up of eminent speakers that discussed the management of cost in complex construction disputes. The increasingly important role of disputes boards was examined in an attempt to shed more light on how in practice the best use can be made of this tool to ensure a cost effective approach to arising construction disputes. The role of third party funders in the current economically challenging times was also addressed from a claims funding perspective.
