आता सातारी पद्धतीची चिकन थाळी तर झाली. आणि मटण तसा आमचा जिव्हाळ्याचा विषय (मम्मी सोडून)! मग आम्ही आज मस्त मटण आणून स्पेशल सातारी पद्धतीची मटण थाळी करायचं ठरवलं. आता थाळी सिरीज् करायचीच आहे म्हटल्यावर... आम्ही आमच्यासाठी मटण आणलं आणि मम्मीसाठी मग पनीर घेऊन थेट घरी आलो. आल्या आल्या लगेचच अळणी शिजायला टाकलं. आणि आता अळणीचं मटण आम्ही पातेल्यातच शिजवतो, कुकर बंद! मस्त दुधाळ अळणी, झणझणीत रस्सा, आणि रबरबीत असं सुक्कं केलं! आडवा हात मारला, व्हिडिओ संपवला आणि सरळ झोपलो. खूप भारी रेसिपी आहे. नक्की करून बघा आणि आवडली तर आम्हाला कमेंट्स मध्ये नक्की कळवा. Now we cook the Alani soup in an open pot, not in the pressure cooker! We made milky Alani soup, spicy curry and good masala dry!
