Semiconductor Devices: MOSFETs
We introduce MOSFETs, both Depletion-Enhancement and Enhancement-only types. Like JFETs, these devices are available in both N and P channel versions. They are square law devices modeled as voltage controlled current sources. Reference: Semiconductor Devices, Chapter 12, Sections 1 through 3 (DE type) and 4 through 6 (E type).
