Unboxing & first impressions of the NEW RELEASE T35 M Class extractor shop vac from Trend routing
Very recently Trend Routing Technology launched their New Model Dust extractor and Wet/Dry Shop vac the T35. This is not a replacement model for the T31 and T31/A - which is the replacement for the old Trend T30 extractor, NO! This is a whole New beast. The Latest model is an M Class extractor, with HEPA filters. This is not meant to be a review, A review will follow later once I have had chance to actually use it. I do not do tool review videos, until at least a few months of use, because thats when you find problems and niggles that aren't always obvious down the road. and lets face it, there's no point doing a review, just for a reviews sack, as that's no use to anyone looking for impartial independent thoughts about a product. Initial thoughts are pretty good, I have a couple of small points that I bring up, and ideas. But if you want a "score" or can't wait a few months....Yeah its a pretty nice machine. Small enough to be portable, big enough to not need emptying every hour. 27L capacity seems a good amount (16L wet) id like there to be a bung for the hose inlet so the hose can be detached for transportation, and a lock for the long mains cable which may come untangled during transport. seems to suck plenty hard enough (70L/sec) and auto shakes the filter to clean it each time the 5 second run on delay stops. It comes with a good selection of tools and attachments as well as a spare bag. All in all, its a compact, high filtration, machine that is compact to transport and store, but comes in a good deal less expensive than the other current M Class extractors currently on the market. Its good to see more manufacturers going M Class and HEPA, as it does seem to be the future. I suspect L class extractors will soon be consigned to purely the DIY market, with even the woodworking Hobbists make the step up in the next 2-3 years.
