On the first day, still with the group, we caught plenty of fish and enjoyed a hearty lunch before they left. Afterwards, it was just me and Rogério, venturing deeper into the forest to set up our wild camp on the riverbank. Night fell with that jungle atmosphere, and on the very first day, I had the thrill of fighting a giant trairão (a type of fish) — an insane fight that yielded beautiful images! On the second day, unfortunately, it was just a broken line, but just being there was amazing.
