Cook the compote using the water and apple juice. Bring the compote to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Mix the jelly with 1/4 cup of water and pour it into the soup (you can also add 2 tablespoons of sugar). Stir until it returns to a boil and thickens. Then turn off the heat and let it cool. Add the yogurt to the cooled fruit soup and stir. Place the cooked pasta in a bowl, pour the fruit soup over it, and garnish with fresh berries and mint.
